The John Graham Centre sheep on the farm

Learning and achieving together

The John Graham Centre provides a warm and welcoming day service with both indoor and outdoors activities and opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.

Based on a unique farm setting in the village of Blean, just outside Canterbury, the centre is a family run independent enterprise working closely with students, their families, professionals, voluntary bodies and the local community.

Activities

We offer a range of different engaging activities here at the John Graham Centre here is a rundown of the many different opportunities we provide.

Taster Days

If you are interested in booking a free taster day, fill out the form and we will book a visit to have a walk around the farm and show you our wonderful site. You are free to come with or without the student, morning or afternoon. Visits are usually booked at 10.30 am or 1.30pm.

After the visit we give the family an application pack that needs to be filled in carefully. Student’s personal details, plus any information that will help our staff to provide the right support to the new student, is essential. A Support Plan is requested to be filled in to give any information that would be relevant to the student.
